Ag In The Classroom

Our program strives to educate students throughout Crawford County about the importance of agriculture. AITC promotes agricultural awareness and consumer education among students, teachers, and the general public in order to ensure our continued access to a safe, abundant, and affordable domestic food supply.  The committee also works with educators to provide educational opportunities and user-friendly educational materials for all ages. AITC designs lessons on agricultural topics to teach in classrooms as well as sponsoring speakers for special events like Rural Road Safety Day and Farm Safety Day.
